What if I Select Split Delivery and One of the Item is Unavailable?

If any of the items in your order are delayed you will be contacted by HMV&BOOKS online and asked to select one of four options:
1. Ship and Cancel. With this option you can select to have the items that are available shipped to you immediately. Those that are unavailable will be cancelled.
2. Ship and Continue. With this option you can select to have the items that are available shipped to you immediately. Those that are unavailable will be continue to be ordered. When they arrive they will be despatched to you.
3. Continue. With this option we will continue to try to get hold of the items that have not yet been received and will ship this order when all items have been received.
4. Cancel. With this option you can select to cancel the order completely.
These options do not just apply to Split Delivery - they will apply whenever an order that you have placed is late.
