I pressed the Purchase Botton by mistake - what should I do?

You can cancel your order from here(my orders screen within My Account). (If you are not logged in, you are taken to the log in screen first.)

First, please select the order number to which you want to make changes to and then you will see a cancellation application screen. Please follow the instructions on the screen to cancel your order.
Please be aware that depending on the status of your order, your request of cancellation may not be accepted.
Under such circumstances, we will notify you on the website.

After you apply your cancellation request, you will see a message "cancellation requested". When your cancellation request is accepted, we will send you a "cancellation" e-mail. Normally, this e-mail will be sent to you within a couple of hours after your request.
Please note that your cancellation request may not always be accepted depending on the progress of your order. In this case, we will send you a different e-mail as "shipping confirmation" mail.

The total cost of your order will be recalculated upon the completion of your cancellation process, which you will see on the screen. Please click here for more information about freight.
Once you cancel your order, it cannot be regenerated, and a new order needs to be placed again. Therefore, please be careful when you cancel your orders.
