Every year, talented musicians graduate from our excellentschools and academies. Frequently, however, they cannot find the place they deserve in the Polish music world. Gradually, they lose the skills acquired during their long and painstaking studies, and they are forced to pursue professional careers abroad. Clearly we cannot accept a situation in which our youth is driven by bitter disappointment to take their chances in distant, often - very distant lands.
