Product Description

Put pianist Hod O'Brien, bassist Ray Drummond, and drummer Kenny Washington in a club, record them for two evenings, and your are pretty much guaranteed to get at least one CD of excellent music. However, Live at Blues Alley - Third Set is fifty nine minutes of music rejected by Hod when we were selecting the material for the first two CD's. But to my surprise, I found the music highly inspired, Hod explains. There is a level of excitement sustained on all of the selections, which include It Could Happen to You, Easy Living, and five of Tadd Dameron's classics.

評価：★★★★　とにかく楽しい。聴いていると知らず知らずのうちに身体をゆすっているライブ盤です！タッド・ダメロンの曲が多いのも嬉しい。ブルース・アレイ・ライブ３部作はどれも素晴らしいが、自分的には、デキのいい順からＶｏｌ．１、２、３かな？
