    もともとコステロのUSAツアーのプレス向け（マスコミ向け）のプロモでいわゆる「幻音源」となっていたもので、オリジナルLPはすごいプレミアム付きで、ブートも多いと聞いています。CDとしてはBOX SETの4枚組の「2 1/2Years」の1枚として入っていたものです。このsetは1stから3rdの3枚がそのままボーナストラックもなく、セットされているもので、ファンとしては不要で、加えてやたらプレミアムがついていました。（この1枚だけでも･･） この単品販売は福音です。（決して安く買えていない人間としてはちょっと悔しいです･･笑）My Aim is TrueやThis Years Modelのdeluxe edition等には当時に近いところのライブ音源がついているので、やたら珍しいといった印象はないかもしれませんが、品質の高い、若いコステロとアトランクションズが聴けることが嬉しいものです。Graham Parker＆The RumourのLive at Marble Archもプロモ音源マボロシものですが、出ませんかね？

    初期の曲ばかりとはいえ、今もライブでの定番となっている曲がたっぷりと詰め込まれた1枚。多作なアーティストなため、後追いでオリジナルアルバムを制覇するのは大変ですが、こうした作品があれば入門編として探している人も迷わないでしょうし、選曲も外れがないと思います。
