1955年、NYのカフェ・ボヘミアにおける、ミンガス・クインテットのライヴ。
ウィリー・ジョーンズによるドラム4曲と、ゲストのマックス・ローチによる3曲（A-2,B-1,3) を収録。この3曲は、長らく12枚組CD『The Complete Debut Recordings』でしか聴けなかった貴重な録音である。
