    この本の倒す、の意味は、敵を倒すのではなく、文字通り、ダウンさせる動きです。 空手家が相手を倒したら、無防備なところに一撃が待っているので、敵を倒すのと、ほぼ同じですが。 説明が実にわかりやすいです。 少ない動きで相手を倒す説明が書かれている。 格闘技がメディアで取り上げられるようになったのもあるが、空手には、その流派でしか見せない技などはある。 そういった技術の、進化した物を、垣間見られるような気がする。 映像メディアでスポーツ的に見られるものではなく、実戦について語られていると思います。
