商品説明

エリック・クラプトン、ジェフ・ベック、ジミー・ペイジの３大ギタリストを輩出したことで知られるヤードバーズ。デビュー60周年を記念して、1965〜68年のBBC出演音源を最新リマスターで完全収録したCD４枚組ボックスセット『The Ultimate Live At The BBC』がドイツのレパートリーレコードよりリリース。完全初出となる未発表音源も32曲収録される。

CD１〜３にはジェフ・ベック時代、CD４にはジミー・ペイジ時代の音源を収録。ヤードバーズのBBC音源は過去にもいくつかリリースされていたが、今回は当時の放送以来一度も音盤化されていない32曲の未発表音源に加え、既発音源についても音質の大幅なアップグレードがなされている。

アシュリー・ウッドによる詳細なライナーノーツ、貴重な写真、当時の放送情報などを掲載したクリス・ウェルチ編集によるブックレットを付属。
