60sのローカル・ガレージ・パンクの好コンピ”PSYCHEDELIC STATES”のオハイオ州版（Vol.1）です。（マスターからではなく）アナログ・シングルの音をそのまま収録しているため、針音、雑音、針跳び、盤の反りに起因する音の揺れなどがあるのが、難といえば難ですが、この手のコンピに、音のクオリティを求めるのは野暮ですね。ファズ・ギターの音が心地好い、The Chosen Lot による「Time Was」で始まる、たっぷり27トラック計70分、楽しめます。
