Mgds

As this album was created, the Mgds morphed. In this debut, songs spanning over two years were rearranged and recreated with a two-piece horn section and guitar. Originally the Mgds were a simple 3-piece, now a six with a full head of steam and inspiration oozing out. A Kansas City twist on grooves and melodies inspired by the music of New Orleans is just one description giving to these musicians whom have worked in the KC music scene side by side for years. Now they have joined forces to create something most ears have not ever heard. These boys are just getting started. With everyone a songwriter, there will be no shortage of material in the upcoming months.
