現在入手可能な唯一のDVDだが、処女作から...

現在入手可能な唯一のDVDだが、処女作からもうヴェルディらしさに溢れている。オーケストレーションも見事だし、けっして単線的でない情念の炙り出し方も秀逸だ。指揮者をはじめオーケストラや出演陣はややマイナーな感は否めないが、グランド・フィナーレのエヴリン・ヘルリツィウス（レオノーラ）は壮絶な熱演。
