Product Description

Sarah Brightman has a genuine passion for the Middle East, and on 'Harem' it has never been more evident. The album sounds fabulous, with a sense of exoticism and sensuous musical rhythm and sweeping melodies. Brightman is joined by none other than violintist Nigel Kennedy, the late Ofra Haza, Natacha Atlas, the incredible Iraqi vocalist Kazem al-Sahir and wait for it – Killing Joke singer Jaz Coleman who contributes imaginative Middle Eastern orchestration. All in all, it's rather extraordinary, but very good.

とにかく良いです！静かな夜、一人で聴いていると物語の世界に引き込まれます！もちろん昼間でもＯＫ。毎日の仕事や家庭、あらゆる憂いを取り除いてくれる女神様の歌声。ただ単に癒しというのではなく、壮大な世界の旅人にさせてくれる一枚！　･･･ただ最近は、やたらとＴＶ番組のﾊﾞﾗｴﾃｲｰやなんかに頻繁に挿入ＢＧＭとして勝手に使われるのには腹が立ちます。そんな下らん番組にサラ様（あえて崇拝形）のお声を使うなっての。ＣＭとかにはいいんですけどね。　この方に出会えて本当によかった！と思うアルバムです。

昨日テレビで観て初めて知りました。 　こんな素晴らしい声の持ち主がいるなんて、とても感激しております。 　ﾌｨﾘｯﾊﾟｼﾞｮﾙﾀﾞｰﾉの声も大変素晴らしくてＣＤも持っているのですが、 　また素晴らしい声が聞けるかと思うと胸が弾みます。
