    お値段は張るものの、注文すれば新刊が入手できるとは有難い限り。萩原朔太郎の全集でさえ、ひっそりと消えてしまった今となっては奇跡的かも。 惜しむらくは「日本語への翻訳」であって、「日本語の詩」にはなっていない。これはしかし、我々に残された宿題といったところか。小生含め、これからブレイクを訳そうという詩人にとって、本書は一定の指針となろう。 全集があるのだから、版元はこれを元に各詩集を分冊して出すことができるはずで、もう少し商売して良いのではないか。『ピカリング草稿』とか。
