トンズ・オブ・ソブスにおけるフリーのサウンドを表現するならば、暗くシンプルでハード。 ブルースと呼ぶには余りにハードでソリッド、ハードロックと呼ぶには余りにソウルフル。 余計な装飾など一切なく研ぎ澄まされたサウンドには凄みさえ感じる。 本編もいいが、ボーナストラックの8曲も素晴らしい。
