コゾフ・カーク・テツ・ラビットに、ポール・ロジャーズが加わった形になったラスト作品。欠けたアンディ・フレイザーはベーシストである上にソング・ライター、アレンジャーでもあったので、残念ながらこれ以前のフリーと同じバンドと考えることは困難です。フリーが、ビートルズやクリームと同様にメンバー入れ替えが不可だったグループであったことを証明する作品です。でも、この作品がこれ以前の作品に劣っているかと言えば、そうではありません。曲の起承転結がはっきりし、よりエモーショナルになったことが特徴で、その分初めてフリーを聞く人にとっては聞きやすいのではないかと思います。ポール・コゾフの位置はゲスト扱いで数曲録音に参加しておりませんけれど、この距離のとり方が結果としてよかったらしく、印象的な演奏を残しています。彼のギターの音色は立ち上る陽炎のようであり、ちょっと比肩できるギタリストが思い浮かびません。また、山内テツの堅実で粒の立ったベース、ラビットの彩りあるオルガン、ピアノも聞きものです。さらにこの作品を充実したものにしたい気迫は、誰よりもロジャーズから伝わってきます。ラスト作品であっても、バッド・カンパニーやバック・ストリート・クローラーの結成につながっていったことを考えると非常に重要な分岐点です。
