Three seasoned San Francisco jazzmen have found a cozy home base at a Fisherman's Wharf restaurant called Cappuro's. Imagine the warm tones of an old upright piano, formerly the property of one Janis Joplin, add an upright bass and an old Slingerland drum set and you have the classic sound of Trio de Swing. Improvising and swinging on the standards from the great American song book, international melodies, and pop, the trio produces a sound and feel that is vintage, modern, romantic and relaxing at the same time. The Trio de Swing has performed in Paris, New York, and has played with Chet Baker and Roland Kirk. So sit back or dance, but pour yourself a glass of wine and join Dave, Bob, Mark, for some great sounds, and an evening of jazz 'Live at Cappuro's.'
