　単に「ＴＡＫ　ＭＡＴＳＵＭＯＴＯ」と「倉木麻衣」というネームバリューしかない。　「山口百恵」の色気など「倉木麻衣」に期待するのが間違っているし、この曲は「色気」も多少要するのに全く無い… 　「ＺＡＲＤ」の「異邦人」はキチンと曲の良さを生かしていたが、今回は失敗。

B’zの松本孝弘さんが企画したプロジェクトです。数々の名曲をカバーしたアルバムになっていますが、個人的にはやはりオープニングを飾る稲葉さんの「勝手にしやがれ」がダントツに素晴らしいと思います。ハッキリ言って歌が上手すぎます。元々の原曲が良いということもあると思いますが、これほど上手いシンガーもなかなかいるものではない。見事にロック調に仕上げた松本さんのギタープレイも完璧だし、たぶん、このドラムを担当している人は山木秀夫さんだと思います。稲葉さんの歌いまわしはリスナーに対して圧倒的な説得力を放っていると思います。完璧なナンバーだ。
