初の本格的なスタンダードナンバーのアルバムです。どの曲も溝口肇テイストで演奏されていて、聴き応え十分です。昨年11月にライブも行きましたが、シンプルなアレンジでも力強さの感じられる演奏で、とてもよかったです。

Well done! This is the second best soundtrack of Hajime Mizoguchi after his OST ”Beautiful Life”. Wonderful orchestra music. Great sound. I recommend buying it, as this CD is one of those few in the market that come without copy-control.

This is mostly a solo cello album with some piano accompaniments. Some of the melodies are styled in jazz. The music is beautiful, I loved it. At the same time I wish Hajime could use more orchestral arrangements in his works (this normally makes his music more reach and powerful). There is just one orchestra piece on this CD - it is ”Mr. Lonely” and I would purchase a CD just because of this one beautiful track!
