私にとっては、アルバムは「Automatic」以来、Singleを含めても「Reverence」以来のJesus ＆ Mary Chainでした。 やはり最初は30年前のとがった感じとか、軽快なスピード感と較べてしまいます。 妙にこじんまりとまとまって、ふんわりした印象でした。 その後も時々聴いていたのですが、数ヶ月経ったある日、段々と心に沁みてきていることに気づきました。 歌詞や曲は以前とそんなに変わっていないように感じますが、 今の彼らの表現したいものが、全体的によく音に乗っているように思います。 半年聴いて、今はこれが1番好きなアルバムと言えます。
