Amelie works in a coffee shop in Paris, keeping herself to herself she likes to live partly in her own fantasy world, hardly interacting with the people around her. Content Description

幼い頃から空想好きだったアメリは、愛する母親に先立たれてから、世間との関わりをうまく持てないままに育ってきた。今はカフェで働きながら、周囲の人々を観察しては想像力を膨らませて楽しむ毎日。そんなある日、アメリはバスルームの壁の中から、以前この部屋に住んでいた少年の宝箱を見つける。それを楽しい悪戯とともに持ち主へ返したアメリは、他人を幸せにすることに喜びを見出し、人々に小さな悪戯を仕掛けて回るようになる。自分の幸せにはかまわず、周囲の人々への悪戯に夢中になっていたアメリは、ある時、スピード写真コレクターの青年・ニノに出会って恋に落ちる。だがアメリは、自分の気持ちを素直に打ち明けることが出来なくて…。
