Lisa Lopez' tragic and sudden death has left a deep scar on the international urban music community and few have been hurt more deeply than the band-mates she left behind. However, if TLC have been about anything it's resilience and survival as women of the twenty-first century and it's with this spirit to the fore that the '3-D' album drops. And, from the get-go, it's apparent that TLC will remain unbowed. The majority of the set was completed before Lisa was killed and the wholecarnival is imbued with the passionate, raucous vitality, sense of humour that leaves men crushed and girls laughing and slow-burning sensuality that have become TLC's stock in trade. Particularly moving is the track 'Turntable' that's a heartfelt tribute to Lisa 'Left-Eye' Lopez. The album features collaborations with The Neptunes, Babyface, Rodney Jerkins, Raphael Saadiq, Missy Elliot and Timbaland, Dallas Austin and Eddie Hustle who produced the set's first single 'Girl Talk'.

ﾚﾌﾄｱｲがなくなったという訃報は､CD店の彼女のｿﾛｱﾙﾊﾞﾑのところにかいてあった｡一瞬､目を疑った｡それくらいｼｮｯｸだったのを覚えてる｡ｱﾙﾊﾞﾑはｼﾝｸﾞﾙﾋｯﾄにあまり恵まれなかったけど､良作ひしめく作品だった｡ﾀｰﾝﾃｰﾌﾞﾙは感動的｡

TLCとして最後のアルバムになるんだと思うと、本当に悲しい。レフトアイかわいくて好きだったなあ。ミッシーの曲良かった。前回の方が好きだったけど、全体的に成長してると思う。
