Toshiba EMI has collected all singles by Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi, which were released during 1978 and 1996, onto three discs. 'Singles 1' is a collection of his early material (1978-1982), and includes twelve tracks available for the first time on CD. The set showcases his progress as vocalist and all the songs are less polished yet more heartfelt than recent work.

長渕剛のﾍﾞｽﾄｱﾙﾊﾞﾑは新旧を問わずｺﾚがｵｽｽﾒ!! まずはﾃﾞﾋﾞｭｰ直後の長渕ｻｳﾝﾄﾞを聴かせてくれます｡初期の有名な大ﾋｯﾄ曲『順子』は先行ﾘﾘｰｽされたｵﾘｼﾞﾅﾙｱﾙﾊﾞﾑの中からｼﾝｸﾞﾙｶｯﾄされ総合ﾁｬｰﾄ1位になりました｡

「二人歩記」は初期の剛の曲の中でも最高傑作ではないのでしょうか？。あと、このアルバムには初CD化のレアな曲も入っています。特にその中でも「帰り道」や「冬の海」が良いです。

「帰り道」「春待気流」「涙のセレナーデ」このアルバム曲では外せませんね。長渕フォークならではの、切ないメロディーが心のしみます〜。
