イタリア・ジャズ・ギター界の大御所フランコ・チェリの新作は、1963年に録音した『Bossa Nova』以来およそ50年ぶりとなる「ボサノヴァ」に焦点を絞った作品。「Samba De Uma Notaso」、「Chega De Saudade」、「Voce e Eu」「Garota De Ipanema」の4曲は前出のアルバムの再演となっているのでさらに興味を引きます。その当時より後に書かれた名曲「Estate」、「Bluesette」なども収録。本作では、オルガンを交えたカルテットを中心に、ストリングス・カルテットを導入し、さらに深みを増した陰影感溢れるサウダージの世界が描かれています。
