シャツの裾ベロ出しで「はっちゃけ」まくってた学生にも、やがてシャツの裾をきちんとインして、ネクタイを締め社会人として生きて行く術を否が応でも身に付けていかなきゃ・・パーティーは終わったんだよ・・将来のコトしっかり考えていくそんな時期が来たんだよ。みたいな、N*E*R*Dにしては「ブっ飛び感」の抑え目な、しかし悪くは無い、落ち着きがあり、かつ気持ちの良い音やリズムに溢れた良盤。以前にも増してエエレクトロ処理が強め。37分という短尺盤。しかし１音１音に現れるセンスの良さは健在。コストパフォーマンス高し。もともとHIP-HOP畑出身ながら、ROCKとの融合を標榜し、それを着実に成し遂げてきた彼らだが、今作に見えるものは、ますますジャンルのボーダーを飛び越え、R＆BでもROCKでもHIP-HOPでも通用しそうで、彼らにしか出来ない音楽を作り出そうとしている気概が感じられるコト。大人になったんだねぇ・・しみじみ。買って損無し。

メンバーとして女性ヴォーカル、リアが参加して制作された4thアルバム『Instant Gratification』が完成間近に、全ての楽曲を捨て新たに３人で作り上げた「Nothing」毎度、紆余曲折ある彼らですが、作品を聞けばいかに音にこだわり追求してきたか分かる、素晴らしい作品になってます！
