2010年1月13日に59歳で急逝したソウル/R&Bの最重要シンガー、テディ・ペンダーグラス。Philadelphia Internationalに残された彼のオリジナル・アルバムを、紙ジャケット仕様で一挙日本初CD化！事故〜リハビリを経て、車椅子でカムバックを音楽シーンに遂げた1983年の8thアルバム。この作品を最後に、Philadelphia International Recordsを離れ、Asylum / Electra Recordsへ移籍することになった。このアルバムは、当時日本国内でもLPレコードは発売されず、またその後も権利上の問題でCD化されておらず、今回が初のCD化となります。（2010年最新リマスタリング）
