元は1996年リリースのユニバーサル・モータウンによるベスト盤ですが、いい曲がほぼ年代順に並んでいるところが意外にうれしく、聴きやすかったです。

モータウン時代の楽曲を凝縮したといえば聞こえは良いが、MJ逝去の流れに乗ってリリースした感が強く、余りバランスの取れた一枚とは思えない。
