The New Orleans Jazz Orchestra (NOJO) was founded in 2002 by trumpeter, composer and bandleader Irvin Mayfield, who serves as it's artistic director. It features a critically acclaimed big band that tours internationally, and also performs in the form of a small group and trumpet-piano duo.
