DVD+CDの2枚組で、DVDには2008年12月に英BBCで放送されたこの番組の為に収録された90分のフル・ライヴ・セットを収録！21曲のパフォーマンスを収録しており、内6曲は初めて公の前で演奏！アルバムにも参加したBarrie Cadogan（Little Barrie）、Graham Coxon（Blur）もこのライヴに参加しています。さらに、Channel 4の為に収録された5曲の短いライヴ･セッションやアルバム収録曲のPV2曲、2008年末に収録された独占インタビューも収録されています！
ボーナスCDには2008年11月ロンドンのBrixton Academyでのライヴ音源を13曲収録。なんとThe Jam（Eton Rifle）とThe Style Council（Shout To The Top）のナンバーを"22 Dreams Tour"のライヴ・ヴァージョンで披露！

ここまでリリースラッシュが続くと、ライブ映像としてはあと「ポール・ウェラー・ムーブメント」のDVD化とジャコ・ピークやカメール・ハインズのいた頃の映像が見たいですね〜。

どんどんイイ人になっていく伯父貴は本当に素敵だ。特にライブは若い衆が率先して伯父貴を助けているので、安心だ。最近はファンのことも考えて、古い曲などもやってくださるので、みんなが嬉しそうなのです。
