テクノ音楽界の詩人ケテル。 今年２００９年５月には来日。『Ｎｏ．９』と共に東京、名古屋、大阪の３大都市ツアーを敢行。このアルバムにも含まれる「Ｖｅｒｋｅｎｓ　ｉｎ　Ｌｏｎｄｏｎ」をプレイし、やんやの喝采を浴びた。 このアルバムは最初から最後まで統一感があり、その繊細なメロディラインは家で静かに聴くもよし、ドライブにもよし！ 前作Ｐａｒｔ１は持ってないし、聴いてないけど、このＰａｒｔ２だけでも彼の音楽の世界を充分堪能できます。
