ステレオVer付きがお薦めです。購入は数年前でしたが、以下はステレオ版に限定したコメントです。 演奏は素晴らしく、ディズニージャズの超名盤ながら、モノラル盤CDの音質はデズモンドのアルトS、ブルーベックトリオともにレンジが狭く、かなり不満でした。 こちらのディスクも、モノラル盤はそのままの印象ですが、ステレオ盤は、打って変わって、霞がすっきり取れた様な素晴らしい音質です。デズモンドがセンターでは無く、右に位置しているのが少し残念ですが、あの独特のサックス音色がくっきりと浮かび上がります。 以前からステレオ版の存在を承知しており、長年レコード盤も含めて探していましたので、今回、優れた形での再発売を高く評価すると共に、深く感謝致します。
