　映画は第2回世界文学賞当選作でもある同名のベストセラー小説を原作とした恋愛コメディで、映画「今愛する人と暮らしていますか」で演出を手掛けたチョン・ユンス監督作品。自由奔放で魅力的な人妻のイナ（ソン・イェジン）が、夫ドクフン（キム・ジュヒョク）に、夫以外の愛する男性とも結婚すると宣言することから始まる騒動を描き、結婚や愛に対し発想の転換を投げかける問題作として公開前から話題を集めている。サウンドトラックは、カンツォーネの名曲「Volare」や、ラテン音楽のスタンダード「Cucurrucucu Paloma」などを中心に、映画を盛り立てる音楽全15曲が収録されている。
