我が道を進む実力派、最高のヴォーカリスト、と誰もが認める CHRISTINA AGUILERA 3〜4年に１枚の作品という非常に寡作な彼女だけど、素晴らしい歌唱力は不変のまま音楽スタイルは常に進化してきた。 デビューからいきなり成功すると、素晴らしい音楽的センスとは関係ないことで騒がれてしまう方が大きいのはいつの世でも宿命の様だが、そんなことで動じることのない彼女のキャリア10年が詰まったBest盤。 アルバム僅か３枚でのベストはどうかと疑問もあるが、あくまで10年の節目という事で（2008） tr.１〜４　1st『CHRISTINA AGUILERA』1999 　 tr.５　　　R.Martin Album『Sound Loated』2000 tr.６　　　『Moulin Moulin Rouge』 Music from Baz Luhrmann’s Film 2001 tr.７〜10　2nd『Stripped』　2002 tr.11〜13 3rd『Back to the Basics』　2006 tr.14，17 New Recording number「Genie 2.0」「You are What You Are」 tr.15，16　New Song×２　　2008 作品自体、当然過去の作品はリマスターされていて、全体的にバランスのとれた音になってます。新曲、新録もあり楽しめる内容だが、お気に入りの tr. 2、11に彼女のポップセンスが顕著に表れている。 14．の「Genie 2.0」はデビュー曲が生まれ変わった絶妙なアレンジだ。（私的にはこちらのヴァージョンの方がお気に入りですね） 一気にに彼女の変化を堪能できる2008年Best盤

ベストということで、やはり良いですね。でも、新曲が彼女の声に会っていないのが残念。エレクトロな機械音でアギレラの声がかき消されてしまっています。

圧倒的な歌唱力を誇るChrisの初Best盤。文句なしの収録ナンバーであり、寡作なため、これさえあれば過去のアルバムは無用である。しかしこのセンスの無いジャケ変えて再発してくれないだろうか…？
