このJAZZANOVAの作品は、オールドSOULファンも楽しめる作品となっている。しかし、単なるSOUL物と異なり、70’のモータウンサウンドを取り入れたり、ボサノバやワルツやはたまたアルデマーロ・ロメロのリズムなどいかにも「通好みの」多彩なアレンジで楽しませてくれる。そして、その色々な国や年代の音楽のミックスこそがJAZZANOVAの音楽であることを再認識させられる。
