正直、まったく期待もせず購入しました、ファンだったので。ところが、びっくり、とても良かった。１曲目のボーカルなど、デイブメイスンは年をとらないのかと思ったくらい。 彼の持つ、ギタリスト、ボーカリスト、コンポーザーとしての魅力がバランス良く感じられる作品だと思う。「情念が｣好きなファンも、「黄金の蝶」等が好きなファンも、それぞれ、それなりに満足できるのではないか。 個人的には、Jackson Brown の新作にも通じる、ヴェテランの底力をあらためて思い知らされた印象。１００点満点ではないが、９５点を超える力作だと感じている。 今でも、購入して良かったと思いながら、ちょくちょく聴いています。

いいですねえ。変わらないスタイルとボーカル。得意の３連譜が聴けないのがちょっと残念ですが、男っぽいロックな曲が目白押し。レイドバックしていない現役にこだわったようなサウンドが魅力的です。
