テクノ界の巨星Orb、7枚目のニューアルバム。タイトルの由来はアレックス曰く「2003年だから自転車（2輪車）と三輪車という、非常にシンプルな理由でつけたんだ」。ファースト・シングルの"From A Distance"は、オープニングに相応しく（？）鶏の鳴き声でスタートし、ダビーでありながらキャッチーな疾走感のあるダンス・チューンへ展開。全体的に実験的な面は変わらないものの、より1st、2ndに近くポップでクラブ・ユースな内容です。それでも、暗黒ファンク・ホラー曲の"Prime Evil"や、レゲエ・ファンにもジャストミートする"Orb Is"や"Tower Twenty Threeなど、中盤以降にダウナーな曲や美しいアンビエント・トラックを入れ、全体が持つストーリーテリングとでも言いましょうか、構成が抜群。

i liked it so much i brought 2. the way the orb moves in a different way to any one else that just does it for me. if your gonna do it, buy it

i think this album rocks with a dance-ability quite unlike any of their others. from a distance is excellent or should i say its ”wicked” who is the corpral, and has he made any other tunes good as this? if so where are they please? i want to buy.
