Product Description

Janet is releasing a new album after 1&1/2 years from the last one with Island Urban, under Island Def Jam owned by her boyfriend Jermaine Dupri.

The album is still in production actually, but allegedly she has already recorded with Polow Da Don, Pharrell, Jazze Pha, Johnta Austin et al. And Jermaine last October told MTV that The-Dream and Rodney Jerkins have contributed their songs to the album, and a collaboration with Maroon 5 also took place! Anyways let's wait and see how Jermaine, who got Mariah Carey back to stardom, helps Janet revive!!

全体的にすごくコンセプチュアルに出来ているアルバム。 最初の曲から最後の曲まで、じっくり耳を傾けたくなる聞き漏らしたくない音とメロディが満載。 前３作までの後半グダグダになる感じはなく、一貫して聴いて良い出来栄え。 けど、ガツン！とした曲がないんだよね。 これ！っていう曲がないあたりが、セールスがイマイチな原因なのでは？ もっとＵＰテンポ曲満載にした方がよさげ。 とはいえ、ビルボードチャートでは１位を取得。 話題性もあってかもしれないが、実績残したいところかな。 色々起死回生を狙ってると思うのだが・・・う～ん、歌詞がなぁ。エロエロだからなぁｗ 曲の感じに関しては これまでキャッチーなPOPよりの曲こそが、ジャネットの魅力であり、人気であるんだけれども、 そうではなく新しい側面を常に追求していくあたり、まさに勇士。 なんか意味不明にこのアルバムに”勇士”て漢字のデザインがあるんですけど、ん”～～～・・・・・ 今回のアルバムはヒットした初期アルバム・コントロールやリズムネイションのような硬質な感じもあるのだけど、 重たくなくイイ意味で軽い。 久々に最初から最後まで飽きずに聴きたくさせるように創られている。 さて、そんな期待と希望をもったツアーコンサート！ 今のところ、北米のみのツアースケジュールだけど、是非とも日本にも来てほしい。 そして俺は是非とも海外公演に参戦したい！したい！したい！ 超ガチに同じダンスで盛り上がり、観客の熱い熱気と共に盛り上がりたい。
