Product Description

This is a debut single from JERO who, influenced by his Japanese grandmother, started singing Enka or the traditional Japanese folk songs with strong oriental notes down in Pittsuburgh, Pennsilvania. If you were unaware of this info before listening to his singing you would definitely believe he was Japanese. The way he sings with strong tremolos and his Japanese accents are simply perfect. That tells Jero knows the Japanese style more than any ordinary Japanese. Probably he is aiming to make it at the New Year's Eve singing contest on NHK?

゛ｼﾞｪﾛ゛っすか!ｶｯｺｲｲですよね! 正直、すっごくﾋﾞｯｸﾘしました。 黒人が、えっ　演歌? って! 最初は、おかしい とか思ってたけど、聴いてみると氷川 きよしより、上手い(笑)って思いました! ﾀﾞﾝｽ(ﾋｯﾌﾟﾎｯﾌﾟ?)もできるですよね! 凄すぎます!!!! しかも､ｶｯｺｲｲですしね!
