　最高の演奏であることを認めながら、ストリングスに対する偏見を書かずにはいられないジャズ関係者の偏狭さにはあきれる。 余計なことを言うな。このCDで最高のパーカーが聴ける。 ＞ストリングスという、本来テンションを緩める存在さえ超えて

チャーリー・パーカーのアルバムで最初に聴くべきと紹介される。バックのストリングスはほとんど古典だ。ここでのパーカーは難しいことはやっていない。メロディを歌い上げている。だから最初に聴くべきとなるのだろう。ただしＣＤ化されて収録曲が多くなってしまったのが残念。２４曲も聴き続けるのが大変！
