Product Description

"Ao no honou" is a Japanese film directed by Yukio Ninagawa. The original novel is written by Yusuke Kishi.

It stars Kazunari Ninomiya (from music group Arashi of Johnny's) as a Shuichi, high school boy dealing with an abusive stepfather ruining his family. The film also stars Anne Suzuki as Shuichi's sister, and Aya Matsuura as his girlfriend.

The DVD is out on 6th of July, 2007.

Content Description

秀一は湘南の高校に通う17歳。女手ひとつで家計を担う母・友子と、妹・遥香の三人暮らし。その平和な生活を乱す闖入者、十年前に母が再婚しすぐに離婚した男・曾根が出現。傍若無人に振舞う曽根から家族を守るために自らの手で曾根を殺害することを決意する。インターネット上の裏サイト等から収集した情報をもとに、秀一は「完全犯罪」のシナリオをねりあげる。美術の実習時間に教室を抜け出し、計画を実行。ガールフレンドの紀子にわずかな不審をいただかれたこと以外はアリバイ工作は完璧だった。しかし、完璧に思えた犯行にもいくつかの小さなほころびが。秀一は孤独な戦いの深みへと追い込まれていく・・・。
