オープニングから名曲「Press On」のイントロをそのまま盛り込んだ「Watts At Sunrise」が流麗に幕を開ける。

前作同様、Neil Oda氏との共同プロデュースで、参加メンバーもほぼ同じ面々で制作された本作。

音作りも前作の延長線上にあるが、1曲のみBarbara Morrisonのヴォーカルをフィーチャーしたナンバー「Dreams In Flight」が収録されており、この手の歌物のバックにおけるWalkerのギター･プレイは、まさに本領発揮といったところ。(1988年発表)
