Alison Kraussのアルバムはどれを聴いても日頃の忙しさを癒してくれるなにかを感じさせてくれる。力みのないサウンドが心にしみる。最高のアルバムのひとつに数えられる。

うーむ、ベスト盤(当然知った曲ばかり）なのに一気に聴いてしまった。いや「一気に」という感覚はない。体の中に自然に染み込んで若返る感じとでもいったら良いのか？まるで「ドモホルンリンクル」だ。きっと人間の聴感覚器官に反応する声なのだろう・・映画オー、ブラザー！で大事なシーンで流れた⑥を聴いてまた観たくなった。新曲もアリ、デュエットもあり。⑮は名曲、オリジナルはＪウェイトの大ヒット・ソロ作。ブルックス＆ダンもカバーしてるから聞き比べも面白い。睡眠や食事と同様、心と体の栄養、それはクラウスの歌声でもある。
