ライブではおなじみ「You Know What I’m About」のオリジナル・ヴァージョンや「S.K.I.T.S.(Shorties Kaught In The System)」のCD化などLord Finesseファンには嬉しい選曲。欲を言えば「Soul Plan」や「Check The Method」を収録して欲しかったが十分に楽しめる内容。ちなみに正しいアルバムタイトルは『From The Crates To The Files ...The Lost Sessions』です。
