今でもその伝説が語り継がれる山口百恵。彼女の残したオリジナルアルバムをSACDハイブリッドの高音質にて復刻！今作は1979年7月21日発売の18thアルバム。1977年のロンドン録音に次ぐ2回目の海外ロサンゼルス録音。阿木曜子+宇崎竜童、来生えつこ・たかおコンビに浜田省吾が始めて2曲提供したり、山口百恵自身が“横須賀恵”のペンネームで2曲作詞。ほかに芳野藤丸、篠塚満由美、波多野純、山川啓介、梅垣達志、小谷夏と多彩な顔ぶれの作家陣。

This is one of my favourite Momoe albums...

This is one of my favourite Momoe albums. It remained as an unique album througout her entire career.She has a voice for blues or even jazz. I can imagine if she was still recording professionally now she could be one of the top jazz singer in Japan. Just my opinion.

以前、レビューを書いた者です。その後、初回盤ではないですがCD買いました。ほんと結構「歌いこなしてる」のが素晴らしい。自作の歌詞がある関係で他人の作品でもよくかみくだけてるなあと。 使い古されてゆく歌のように　さんのコメント大変参考になりました。CD買う気にさせてくれました。ありがとうございました！！
