ルーサーバンドロスを彷彿させる風格と声。古風ではあるが、実は歌うと難しいカニエウエストのヒップホップソングも完璧に歌いこなしている。ドラマチックな流れも完璧だし、傑作でしょう。聞いて欲しいね。これ。

バラエティに富んだ曲群が収録されているが、それでもアルバムのトーンが揺らいでいないのは、ひとえに彼の声の魅力に尽きるところだと思う。コクと深みがあり、とても幸福感に溢れ包容感のあるどこか懐かしい声。堪らなく好きです。このアルバム聴いてると、音楽を楽しんでる臨場感が凄く伝わってくる。歌うことの喜びがひしひしと伝わってくる。そして創り出された音楽は、人を幸せにしてくれる素敵なものだって実感できる。素敵なナンバーが揃っていますが、⑧⑨が特に素敵です。年をとっても幾つになってもきっと長ーく聴き続けるだろう一枚です。現に今、そうなりつつある。。。

R＆BありソウルありHIPHOPありゴスペルありとブラックミュージックのすべてが詰まった傑作！アルバムの流れも絶妙で何度聞いてもどの曲も飽きることがない。ピアノ弾き語り「OrdinaryPeople」←これ最高！長くソウルミュージックを聞いてきたがこれはこれから何年先も聞き続けるであろう。。。2ndも渋かったが、個人的にはこの1stのが好きかも。 ライブ観てみたいね！
