Krall performs live at the opening night of the 2004 Monterey Jazz Festival to over 15,000 fans. The concert included a special encore performance with singer/songwriter Ron Sexsmith. The concert was filmed with 14 camers plus stereo and 5.1 surround sound.

前作のLive in Parisが良すぎたせいか、期待しすぎました。音質は(DTSでないことを除けば）前作同様に良いのですが、映像にはがっかりです。カットが多すぎるため落ち着かず、撮影用の照明が強く画がかなり不自然です。 ちなみに、US発売のものはリージョンフリーでした。
