古巣ＣＢＳ／ソニーから、ポリドールへと移籍して発表された1992年度作。サンタナにとって90年代初のアルバムとなる本作は、1991年に相次いで他界したジャズの巨匠マイルス・デイヴィスとフェルモアの創始者として知られるビル・グラハムに捧げたもの。嘆きの壁を前に立つカルロスの写真を使用したジャケットや、ジョン・コルトレーンやギル・エヴァンスの曲の一節を導入した演奏が聴かれるなど、本作にはカルロスによる魂の祈りが込められている。
