本当に素晴らしい音楽です。マッケラスの暖かな人柄が偲ばれるような演奏だと思います。何度も繰り返して聴きたくなるＣＤの一枚です。

最近のﾚｻﾞｰﾙﾌﾛﾘｻﾝなどを聴き慣れているとこの1960年代の演奏はむしろ新鮮かも。音楽に丸みと暖かみがあり、ﾄﾞﾗﾏよりは音楽が前面に出ている。ﾍﾞｰﾑの第９を歌っていたﾄﾛﾔﾉｽがﾃﾞｲﾄﾞｰを歌うなんて(でも素晴らしいんです)。清潔で上品なｵﾍﾟﾗを楽しむひとときとなります。こういった復刻は大歓迎です。
