驚きの紙ジャケ化。個人的にはDevoで唯一好きなシングル『Working in the coal mine』がボートラで入っているので、もし彼らのアルバムを1枚だけ買うなら、迷うことなくコレ。でもアルバム自体は、1曲目を除いて、印象薄いです。

1981年発売の4th。このへんからパワーダウンしてくると評されるわけで、年を経てまとまってきたのが凶と出たってところなんですかねェ。確かに、例えばDevo最初の1枚にはオススメしませんが、数枚ということですと1stからここまでは押さえておきたいところ。特に「Beautiful World」はDevo史上屈指の名曲。必ずビデオクリップも合わせて観たい彼らですが、これは唯一？シリアスな作り。ニューヨークの近代美術館でも放映されたそうです。
