モンティ・アレキサンダーの縁者？のようなピアノ・音楽性のマイク・ロンゴ。本作では、エレピかと思いきや、全編アコピ。しかし、逆に全体としてファンキー度が増している。ギターもそれほど凄いとは思わないが、このアコースティックなフォーマットの中でちょうどいい感じを出しているとおもう。時折聞こえるロン・カーターのベースも良いが、全体の録音状態が悪くて、まさか、わざとこういったチープな感じを出してるんじゃないよね？
