Product Description

Tim Burton produced this mesmerising stop-motion animation spectacular that s already become a Christmas classic. Jack Skellington is the master of Halloweentown; a place dedicated to that one day of the year when everyone wants to be frightened. Jack has to over see all the preparations to make sure that his town of ghouls and ghosts give all the humans a good scare each year. As he begins to tyre of the constant scares he accidentally ends up in Christmastown, where Santa lives all year round preparing for Christmas. Seeing how happy everyone is makes Jack very jealous and he sets about hatching a plot for him to take over arranging Xmas, but now mater how hard he tries he still doesn t quite understand the concept. An amazing musical the features great characters and some very funny ideas.

去年も今年も来年も、毎年同じことの繰り返しに、ジャックはほとほと嫌気がさしていた。たった一人の親友、幽霊犬ゼロをつれて森をさまようジャックは、不思議な力に引き寄せられて“クリスマスタウン”へ。真っ白な雪とピカピカ光るライト、楽しそうな音楽と笑い声、はじめてみるクリスマスの光景に魅せられて“ハロウィンタウン”に戻ったジャックは自分でクリスマスを作り出そうと決心する。彼の指揮で進められるハロウィン風クリスマスの準備…住民たちは一風変わったプレゼント作りに大忙しだ。密かにジャックを愛するつぎはぎ人形のサリーはサンタの衣装の製作を頼まれる。不吉な予感を感じるサリーだが、張り切るジャックを止めることはできなかった。ついにクリスマスイブがやってきた。ジャックを乗せたプレゼントを積んだソリは、カボチャの鼻を光らせたゼロを先頭に骸骨トナカイに引かれて空高く舞い上がる。はたしてジャックの夢見たハロウィン風クリスマスは成功するのか？
